The Great Outdoors

The Main Garden

Our main nursery garden is used by our Toddlers, Pre-School and Schoolies and is complete with adventure fort, climbing wall, safety surface, pergola sunshade, tractor tyre sandpit, recycling water container, shelter, bikes and scooters and our different Learning Areas, including fantastic Mud Kitchen.

Watch this space...we are in the process of re-designing and renovating our main garden to create new, exciting and enthralling areas to offer physical challenge, promote creative thought and capture the imaginations of our children through open ended and authentic resources - June 2021.

The Baby Garden

Our second garden was developed in June 2014 to enable the babies free access to the outdoors to fit around their individual routines!

Situated next to the Baby Kitchen the babies are able to enjoy both indoor and outdoor play at any point during the day.

The Baby Garden prides itself in it's green safety surface with happy mini-beasts, pergola sun shade, age appropriate ride-ons, planters and pretty hanging baskets and a range of resources to support the many emerging schemas and skills in our babies.

Our Local Adventures!

We love to get out and about in the local environment: from nature spotting at Hassacarr Nature Reserve, conker collecting on the village green, strolls down Hagg Lane to visit the farm animals, Bear Hunts and picnics in Hagg Wood and fun at the park, we are so lucky to have so many wonderful outdoor opportunities on our doorstep!
